ATTENDANCE
150 educators expected to attend. These will include K-12 teachers, department leaders, curriculum leaders and administrators as well as university faculty interested in math and science education.
EXHIBITOR RATE
$130.00 for the lead exhibitor (includes meals). Additional exhibitors may accompany the lead exhibitor for $30 each (includes meals). One additional adjacent 6-foot space is available for an additional $25.00. The APPLICATION FOR EXHIBIT SPACE should be downloaded. When completed, one copy of the application should be mailed to the address shown below. A check in full for each space must accompany the application. Make all checks payable to Nazareth College.

AV EQUIPMENT
Audio Visual equipment is not available on site. If your exhibit requires AV equipment please bring your own or arrange for support through your preferred AV service provider.
REGISTRATION
Badges will be issued to all Exhibitors at the registration table upon arrival the day of the conference. Your name badge will allow you to participate in all meals, coffee and breaks as well as use the exhibitor lounge.
EXHIBIT HOURS
The exhibit hall will be open throughout the conference (October 6, 7:30 am – 4:00 pm.). All conference participants must pass though the exhibit hall to get to the breakfast, keynote address, lunch, and breaks. Coffee, breakfast and afternoon break will actually be served n the exhibit hall. The conference is scheduled with ample breaks for networking and visiting the exhibit hall throughout the day.
MOVING IN AND OUT
Exhibits can be set up any time between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM Monday, Oct. 5, and 7:00 AM to 7:30 AM on Tuesday, Oct. 6. Set up should be complete by 7:30 AM on October 6th. The exhibit hall will be locked and secure between 6 PM and 7 AM.
EXHIBIT SPACE AND REQUIREMENTS
The Exhibit Hall will be located in the lobby of the Eisenhart Auditorium. If you would like to hang wall posters or signs, you may do so behind the display table. This area may be used for hanging posters/signage by use of blue painter tape. Table or free-standing floor or easel displays are also acceptable.
POWER
All display positions are equipped w/ 110V AC. .
INTERNET ACCESS
There is access for a limited number of wireless internet connections. Please indicate on the Exhibitor Application Form if you need internet access.
TABLES AND CHAIRS
Tables, 6 ft in length, are available. Please indicate need in Exhibitor Application Form. Note: Tables will have cloth covering and skirting. Each table comes with 2 chairs.
