Upward Bound
The Upward Bound program serves high school students from low income households who are the first in their family to consider attending college leading to a bacheor's degree. Read answers to frequently asked questions on Monroe Community College's Education page.The program has an academic year and residential summer experience and serves Monroe, Wilson, Marshall, East, and Edison schools in the Rochester City School District . There is no cost to be in the program, just your time, effort, and willingness to go to college.
